TAYLORVILLE — Deborah J. "Deb" Rauch, 65, of Taylorville, Illinois, passed away Monday, Aug. 29, 2022, at Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville. Debra was born April 14, 1957, in Springfield, the daughter of Clarence and Philomenia E. Laurenzana Blackburn Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandparents; and a brother, Jerry Blackburn.

Debra was a child care counselor at Kemmerer Village in Assumption for 14 years, retiring in 2010. She was a 1975 graduate of Springfield Southeast High School. She loved spending time with her family and was an animal lover.

Debra is survived by one brother, Thomas E. Blackburn, of Springfield, and one niece, Lauren Blackburn, of Bloomington.

A private service at Roselawn Memorial Park in Springfield will be held at a later date.

Curry Funeral Home in Pawnee is serving the family of Debra Rauch.
