SPRINGFIELD — James Edward "Jim" Reynolds, 52, of Springfield, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield. Jim was born July 16, 1969, in Chicago. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley L. Reynolds, in 2014. Jim was of the Methodist faith and a 1987 graduate of Lincolnwood High School in Raymond. He grew up in the Farmersville area. Jim is survived by his mother, Diane Wright, of Springfield; one son, Corey J. Reynolds, of Pawnee; one daughter, Kacie E. Reynolds, of Pawnee; and one cousin, Laurie Hannah, of Meza, Arizona. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Horse Creek Cemetery in Pawnee, with Rev. A.B. Bennett officiating. Curry Funeral Home in Pawnee is serving the family of Jim Reynolds.
