Jamie Lee Tuttle, 45, of Red Bluff, California, formerly of Pawnee, Illinois, passed away Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, in Red Bluff. He was born Aug. 1, 1979, in Springfield, the son of Carl R. Tuttle and Wilma E. Lowder. Jamie was preceded in death by his father, Carl; his stepfather, Larry Wright; and his grandparents.

Jamie attended Pawnee High School. After high school, he moved to Oregon and has lived in California for the past 13 years. He worked as a laborer in the construction industry in Oregon and California.

He is survived by his mother, Wilma Wright, of Pawnee; four brothers, Michael J. (wife, Melana) Wright of Copperas Cove, Texas, David J. (wife, Brandie) Wright of Pawnee, Christopher Lowder of Pawnee and Brett Mourey of Pawnee; two sisters, Angela (husband, Dean) Fox of Havana and his twin, Jodie (husband, Jason) Shudrowitz, of Springfield; and several cousins.

Cremation rites will be accorded in California, and a celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date in Pawnee.
