Springfield — Kevin Alan Balcom, 59, of Springfield, Illinois, died Nov. 20, 2017, at Heritage Health-Springfield. Kevin was born Dec. 20, 1957, in White Hall, the son of Doris E. Hart. Kevin is survived by two brothers, Steve and Terry (wife, Kim), both of Jacksonville. A celebration of life gathering will be held 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, at the Mary Bryant Home for the Blind in Springfield with Rev. John Nelson officiating.
