Pawnee – Lillian Ruth Crider, 88, of Pawnee, passed away Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, at her home in Pawnee. Lillian was born Dec. 17, 1930, in Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania, the daughter of John S. and Pearl E. Bryson Pratt. Lillian married Albert A. Crider Oct. 3, 1961, in Vanderbilt. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albert, in 1997; a son Albert II in 2016; three sisters, Jessie Mae Pratt, Willetta Crider Parker and Catherine Russell; and five brothers, George, Dwight, Emory, Paul and Ralph Pratt.
Lillian was member of Pawnee Christian Church and had attended Rochester Christian Church. She graduated from Dunbar Township High School's class of 1949 in Pennsylvania. She enjoyed singing, quilting and teaching Sunday school at church.
Lillian is survived by a son, Ian L. (wife, Darlene) Crider, of Lincoln; two daughters, Beth (husband, Jim) Allen of Pawnee and Amy L. (husband, John) Athy of Collinsville; two grandsons; five granddaughters; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lillian's family will meet friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at the Curry Funeral Home in Pawnee. Burial will be at Mount Tabor Cemetery in Connellsville, Pennsylvania.
