Mary Delores Aymond, 75, of Fredericktown, Mo., formerly of Springfield, Ill., passed away Friday, Oct. 11, 2013, at her home. Mary was born Sept. 16, 1938, in Springfield, Ill., the daughter of Sherman J. and Mary E. Burch Martin. She married William A. Aymond Jan. 15, 1967, in Springfield. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Sherman Martin Jr.; a sister, Shirley Makinen; and a son, Granville (Jack) Floyd Jr. Mary was a housewife and also owned and operated a cake shop -- Cake Decorating Haven -- in Hillsboro, Ill., for many years. Mary is survived by her husband of 46 years, William, of Fredericktown; a son, Jesse Kevin Floyd, of Donnellson, Ill.; two daughters, Janice Marie Breuchaud, of Hillsboro, and Susan Ren̩ Scarlet, of Fredericktown; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty I. Bailey, of Taylorville, Ill. Mary's family will meet friends and family Tuesday, Oct. 15, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. at Ellinger-Kunz & Park Funeral Home, 530 N. Fifth St., in Springfield. Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park in Springfield. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 2309 W.
