Randy Clint Speaks, 54, of Franklin, Ill., formerly of Loami, Ill., passed away on Dec. 31, 2014 at Passavant Area Hospital in Jacksonville, Ill. He was born Dec. 12, 1960, the son of Ernest L. and Patricia A. Johnson Speaks. Randy was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Kevin and Kurt Speaks. Randy was survived by his brother, Robert W. (wife, Marilyn) Speaks of Franklin and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Randy's family will meet friends from 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4, 2015 until the time of the funeral services at 2:30 p.m. at the Loami Christian Church in Loami with Anthony Bliss officiating.
