Rosella M. Wolf, 79, died July 25, 2013, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. She was born Aug. 17, 1933, in Springfield, Ill., the daughter of John J. and Agnes K. Gorman Fromme. She married Carl Wolf in Farmersville, Ill., in 1952. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, in 2006, and her son, Richard C. (Dick) Wolf Jr. Rosella was a member of the Church of the Little Flower. She graduated from Farmersville High School in 1951 and retired from the state of Illinois Comptroller's Office. Rosella was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals fan and was proud of her Irish heritage. Rosella is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann (husband, Terry) Cunningham of St. Louis and Rose Marie Wolf; six grandchildren; four great-grandsons and many cousins. Rosella's family will meet friends from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Monday, July 29, at the Church of the Little Flower with Monsignor John Ossola officiating. Burial will be at St. Martin's Cemetery in Farmersville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Little Flower, 800 Stevenson Drive, Springfield, IL 62703. Curry Funeral Home in Pawnee, Ill., is serving the family of Rosella Wolf.
